- Affiliated Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences since 2015.

- Gernot and Frank Carin Prize in 2008 (best physics Ph.D. thesis of the year), Institute for Theoretical Physics, Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany.

 

 

 

Short Bio:

Prof. Noronha received his PhD in theoretical physics from Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany, in 2007 and worked as a postdoctoral scientist at Columbia University, NY from 2008-2011. Since 2011 he is faculty at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
